This bright 35 m² apartment is perfect for two people. Located on the first floor, it comprises :

• an open-plan living area with lounge,
• a fully-equipped kitchen with dining area (coffee machine, toaster, blender, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge),
• bedroom with queen-size bed (160cm) and desk area,
• bathroom with shower,
• separate WC,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron, central heating, clothes hangers,
• TV, satellite/cable, wifi and books. Cots can be rent on request, subject to availability.

- Late check-in from 9 pm to 12 am: 25€
- Late check-in from 12 am to 6 am: 44€
