The neighborhood

The villa is ideally located in Paros. From the property, you can enjoy spectacular views of the Aegean Sea, the island of Naxos and the peaceful bay of Molos. The charming town of Naoussa is just a 10-minute drive away. Here you'll find lively bars, delicious restaurants and picturesque alleyways full of character. The traditional villages of Marpissa and Prodromos are also in the immediate vicinity. These authentic villages are known for their typical Cycladic white houses and unspoilt Greek atmosphere. Several magnificent beaches with crystal-clear waters are within easy reach of the villa. You can also organize day trips to neighboring islands such as Naxos and Mykonos. The villa's central location makes it easy to explore all the wonders Paros has to offer.

Reglementations

-> Tobacco: No smoking indoors. Outside, use the ashtrays provided (high fire risk in summer).
-> Toilets: Do not throw toilet paper, tampons, diapers or other objects into the toilet. Use the garbage cans provided.
-> Towels: Towels are for indoor use only.
-> Energy: Avoid overloading the power supply (risk of power cuts in high season).
-> Water: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, but not recommended for drinking.
-> Internet: Wi-Fi available but potentially unstable during high season.
-> Marble surfaces: Avoid contact with lemon, vinegar or acidic substances (risk of immediate damage).
