The neighborhood

The villa is ideally located in Asteras, a charming traditional village on the southeast coast of Paros. Just a few minutes away is the beach of Piso Livadi, with its crystal-clear waters, tavernas and beach bars. The area offers many water sports activities and is perfectly positioned for exploring the island, including the fishing village of Naoussa, the historic town of Lefkes and the beautiful surrounding beaches. Just 15 km from Parikia, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting with access to the island's amenities. Photography enthusiasts will be delighted by the picturesque landscapes and spectacular sunsets visible from the surrounding hills. The local markets will allow you to discover local crafts and products, perfect for bringing back an authentic souvenir of your stay in the Cyclades.

Interior regulations

-> Tobacco: No smoking indoors. Outside, use the ashtrays provided (high fire risk in summer).
-> Toilets: Do not throw toilet paper, tampons, diapers or other objects into the toilets. Use the garbage cans provided.
-> Towels: Towels are for indoor use only.
-> Energy: Avoid overloading the power supply (risk of power cuts in high season).
-> Water: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, but not recommended for drinking.
-> Internet: Wi-Fi available but potentially unstable during high season.
-> Marble surfaces: Avoid contact with lemon, vinegar or acidic substances (risk of immediate damage).
