• five bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms (shower and WC),

• washing machine, Hairdryer, Hangers, Iron, Ironing board,
• clothes storage, Mosquito net.

Numerous outdoor spaces have been designed to maximize your outdoor enjoyment:

• large swimming pool with loungers for relaxing, ideal for cooling off on hot summer days,

Please note the following additional charges:

→ A cleaning fee of €300 will be charged including two cleanings per week.
→ A security deposit of 1500€ will be requested through our security deposit partners (Swikly).
→ A Swikly service fee will also be charged during the validation of your deposit.

Internal regulations

-> Tobacco: No smoking indoors. Outside, use the ashtrays provided (high risk of fire in summer).
-> Toilets: Do not throw toilet paper, tampons, diapers or other objects into the toilets. Use the garbage cans provided.
-> Towels: Towels are for indoor use only.
-> Energy: Avoid overloading the power supply (risk of power cuts in high season).
-> Water: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, but not recommended for drinking.
-> Internet: Wi-Fi available, but potentially unstable in high season.
-> Marble surfaces: Avoid contact with lemon, vinegar or acidic substances (risk of immediate damage).
