Please note the following additional charges:

→ A cleaning fee of 200€ will be charged.
→ A security deposit of 1500€ will be requested through our security deposit partners (Swikly).
→ A Swikly service fee will also be charged during the validation of your deposit.

The villa is ideally located in Agkairia, just a few minutes from the charming fishing village of Aliki, known for its seaside tavernas, beautiful beaches and authentic atmosphere. You'll also have easy access to Paros' other highlights: Parikia, Naoussa, sandy beaches and picturesque hiking trails. Take advantage of this exceptional setting to discover the wonders of the island while having your own private sanctuary to relax in at the end of the day.

Internal regulations

-> Tobacco: No smoking indoors. Outside, use the ashtrays provided (high risk of fire in summer).
-> Toilets: Do not throw toilet paper, tampons, diapers or other objects into the toilets. Use the garbage cans provided.
-> Towels: Towels are for indoor use only.
-> Energy: Avoid overloading the power supply (risk of power cuts in high season).
-> Water: Tap water is safe for cooking and brushing teeth, but not recommended for drinking.
-> Internet: Wi-Fi available, but potentially unstable in high season.
-> Marble surfaces: Avoid contact with lemon, vinegar or acidic substances (risk of immediate damage).
