• one bedroom with two adjustable single beds,
• an independent basement apartment comprising a fully-equipped kitchen, a living room, a dining room, a bedroom with two modular single beds and a sofa bed for a third guest,
• four bathrooms with shower, WC, soap, shampoo and shower gel,
• two verandas: one with dining area, barbecue, garden furniture and sea view, the other upstairs with outdoor kitchen and fridge, ideal for breakfasts and aperitifs,
• air conditioning,
