- an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- a bedroom with a double bed,
- a second bedroom with two single pull-out beds,
- a bathroom with shower,
- a separate toilet,
- vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, radiators, hangers,
- TV, satellite or cable, Wi-Fi,
- smoke detector.

View:
- view of the street from the living room and one bedroom (with a glimpse of the Château de Vincennes if you tilt your head slightly),
- view of the courtyard from the second bedroom.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 p.m.

Please note the following additional fees:
- Check-in between 9 p.m. and midnight: 25e
- Check-in between midnight and 6 a.m.: 44e
