This accommodation consists of:

• a furnished terrace with a dining area and breathtaking views of the Gulf of Ajaccio,
• a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a cozy little living area (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
• a bedroom with a double bed,
• a bathroom with a shower,
• a separate toilet,
• vacuum cleaner, washing machine, hair dryer, iron,
• TV,

The property boasts an exceptional view of the entire Gulf of Ajaccio and is located right next to Agosta Beach.

A parking space is available on the property, next to the rental.

Noise disturbances are not permitted after 10 PM.

The accommodation is located in a quiet residence on the hills above Agosta Beach, offering a privileged setting between the sea and the mountains.

Just a few minutes away, enjoy Agosta Beach and its famous beach huts, notably Agnarellu and Les Tamaris, perfect for lunch or watching the sunset. At the end of the beach, Le Rivoli restaurant is an excellent spot to discover local flavors. Porticcio and its shops are also just a few minutes away by car.
