Situé au 1er étage d’un immeuble bourgeois (avec ascenseur), ce bel appartement familial se compose d’un espace de vie lumineux de 90 m². Bénéficiant d’une double exposition, ce T4 entièrement rénové inclut :
- 40 m² de terrasse ensoleillée et sans vis-à-vis,
- un grand salon moderne attenant à la terrasse,
- une chambre lumineuse avec lit queen-size (160 cm),

Do tego dostałyśmy inf.o konieczności usunięcia mebli balkonowych ( to chyba nie należy do gości ),a następnie inf. i prośbę o naszą obecność w określonym czasie, w związku z wizytą pracowników remontujących balkony. Czekałyśmy 2 godziny od wyznaczonej pory i nikt nie przyszedł. Jak na 4 dni pobytu sporo zastrzeżeń.

I do not recommend staying in this apartment because the communication method is complicated, at the beginning you communicate with Welkeys, and later you communicate with the owner via WhatsApp. According to Welkeys, the keys are in a key box, but according to Booking, the owner comes in person (different information).
In addition, I recommend taking a photo/video of the apartment so that after two weeks they do not accuse you of damaging the property and withdrawing half of the deposit. Unfortunately, without any photos, we wanted to use the insurance, but the invoice for the repair was not sent after more than a month, even after several emergencies to Welkeys, the owner does not communicate via WhatsApp. In other words, I consider the amount of 350 euros withdrawn from the account to be unreasonable without an invoice describing the repair.
Finally, the apartment is located near the train station, and good accessibility from the airport and the city, but in the morning/evening hours homeless people sleep all over the place, sometimes literally in front of the entrance to the apartment building. I do not recommend the apartment, especially in the autumn/winter months because the heating is weak, bring sweaters.

The room is spacious and fit what you saw in the photo. The dinning room is large and nice for watching TV show tgt at night. Landlord is responsive and kind. Kitchen is Amazing and functional that you have all the equipment to cook great cuisine. Location is also nice as it is close to the train station. In summary, its a good experience to live in such place.
The checkin procedure is little bit messy since they sent the code very late and the code is wrong. We waited outside for almost an hour before contacting the owner successfully which is not a pleasant experience.

Je pense que l'insonorisation du logement peut être améliorée en remplaçant les 3 fenêtres coté rue.
Coté salon, l'absence de store sur la porte fenêtre centrale peut laisser un sentiment d'insécurité.

Die Wohnung hat eine direkte Lage am Bahnhof von Marseille. Mit 3 Schlafzimmern ist ausreichend Platz für 4-5 Personen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und der große und offene Wohn- und Essbereich laden die ganze Familie zum gemeinsamen kochen, essen und Fernsehen ein.
Leider war kein Waschmittel für die Waschmaschine vorhanden, das war etwas schade.

La location est de belle prestance cependant le ménage est bâclé et il manque pas mal de chose ( vaisselle (notamment les fourchettes, pas de linge de maison type torchon)
Les draps des lits laissent à désiré au niveau état…(tâches)

Lage direkt am Bahnhof, also top für Bahnreisende. Von dort top Anschluss an Metro und Bus in die Stadt oder Regionalbahn ins Umland. Aber in 10 min zu Fuß ist man auch am Alten Hafen. Supermarkt, Bäcker etc. gleich um die Ecke. Einziger Nachteil der Lage: Die Schlafzimmerfenster gegen zur Straße hin, die auch nachts laut ist. Hatten wir uns aber gedacht und waren mit Oropax vorbereitet. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung schön, groß, hübsch im Boho-Stil eingerichtet und die große Terrasse ist toll, wie ein kleiner Garten.
Für 5 Personen gab es nur 4 Handtücher und 3 Gabeln. Der Rest des Geschirrs und Bestecks war auch sehr abgezählt. Ansonsten hat es an nichts gefehlt!

The apartment is gorgeous. Spacious. Very clean. It has all the facilities. Very spacious terrace. I recommend. We were a family and felt at home. We did not lack anything from comfort. Very close to View port. 15 minutes walk. Carefour store at the corner of the intersection. The train station is close. It's perfect

Our stay was not a pleasant one due to a couple of issues: the lack of cleanliness in the whole apartment and the lack of communication with the contact person.
I received a contact number to speak with the manager and sent him a couple of questions concerning our stay. My questions were ignored and I was only answered with a copy and paste message regarding the check-in.
The apartment was not clean when we arrived, especially the terrace. Not only everything was very dusty, but the clothing on the sofa and the bed linens were also dirty, and so was the table in the kitchen.
Regarding the positive points, the images in the ad correspond with the Airbnb and the place is close to the station, but be careful, the area is pretty dangerous at night.

Great location good value for money very spacious and clean . Very true to the photographs. We were there as five sisters and we had plenty of room but maybe bring some towels. Out door space was great .

Convenient location near the train/bus station! The apartment was spacious and had a great selection of cooking items. There wasn't much to do directly around the apartment, but the main city center is only a 15 minute walk.

We really loved our stay at this apartment. It was clean, and felt spacious. Next to the front door there was a cute and nice bakery where we got our baguettes in the morning. There is also a small supermarket right around the corner. Thanks for having us.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter à pied les quartiers touristique. Maintenant le quartier de la gare n'est pas très beau ni très propre. La qualité du nettoyage de l'appartement est très mauvaise. J'ai dû demander un deuxième nettoyage qui a été effectué correctement par la responsable de la conciergerie. Pas exactement ce qu'on attend d'un appartement à ce prix.

Alors tout c’est bien passer à part que quand je suis arriver à l’appartement aucun ménage était fait j’ai dut tout refaire moi même c’était grade , degeulase vous imaginez faire de la route payer des frais de ménage tout sa pour que t’arriver et c’est sale je trouve sa inadmissible à part sa tout c’est bien passer et c’est plus petit qu’on l’imagine sur les photo !

We had a wonderful stay in Marseille.
The apartment itself is excellent. It is just one flight of stairs up, and just steps from the train station, making it incredibly easy to take advantage of the excellent French train system, including the TGV. There is a large table and living area, plus a huge terrace with a sun shade and large doors to enjoy the outdoors inside. The shower room and toilet were split, making it very easy to get ready in the morning. The apartment also is fully equipped with a dishwasher, laundry machine, and a good shower. We had no trouble with noise.
We did have some issues, which were not huge for our short stay and I expect will be fixed by the time another visitor arrives. There was insufficient hand soap and soap dispensers. And the provided Wifi password did not work, but we were able to perform a hard reset on the router to fix it.
More critically, the apartment door lock was broken. It would close, and it was possible to turn the deadbolt from the inside, but despite some significant trying, we could not turn the deadbolt from the outside. When we came back on our second day, we found the door open. The next morning, we realized that without the deadbolt, the door would open with just a hard push. We notified the manager immediately but didn't hear back before we left. I hope it will be fixed promptly.

Achtung: Die Schlafzimmer entsprechen überhaupt nicht den Fotos auf Airbnb! Wir haben die Unterkunft mit aufgrund der Schlafzimmer ausgesucht. Das war eine große Enttäuschung! Es gab kein Klopapier, es war sehr hellhörig und einige Möbel scheinen auch schon viel mitgemacht zu haben. Dafür war die Wohnung sehr geräumig, sehr sauber und sonst alles vorhanden. Das Badezimmer ist toll. Die Toilette war separat, was ideal war. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer entsprechen den Bildern. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis war mit unseren Schlafzimmern nicht gerechtfertigt. Hinter der Vermietung steckt wohl ein größeres Unternehmen. Die Lage war für einen Städtetrip ideal.
